Leather Day Driver Loafer

So cute, but broke after two wears and no refund

"I purchased these last year, but have only worn them twice. The bottoms still look new and in the photo you can see they have not been worn much. The string on the side broke, and I requested an exchange, but they declined to give me an exchange. They said normal wear and tear. For almost $200 shoes, this is crazy. Even if I had worn them every day (which I did not, only wore them twice), they should still not break after a year. Don't recommend purchasing since the quality is not aligned with the price and they don't stand behind their product."
