"I purchased a 2nd 3/4 zip last summer when they were on sale. I returned for the following reasons and will not purchase another until Everlane brings quality back. Below, you will see photos of my 3 yr. old Everlane sweater, which I love. The upgrade has a collar which is way, way too high. The old sweater has a ribbed cuff, the new one has an unattractive “band”. The new sleeves have even more volume. This is already an oversized sweater, the added volume gives it a clown-like style. The new sweater has lesser quality yarn, the loft is about 1/3 less. The new version is not worth the price."

New "better" price means lower quality

"I've just purchased this sweater in navy, having previously owned one in another color and it became my favorite sweater. I was excited to see that it was discounted and had purchased two other ones now. One feels similar to the old one, the other is completely different to touch. It's more prickly and feels thiner. I'd rather pay 20 USD more and have the old quality. Bummer, and boo for Everlane on marketing this as "better price, still Everlane"."

DO NOT SPEND FULL PRICE

"These sweaters pill after first wear. Although they are warm and cozy, they are also a basic piece that go on sale for 30% a few times a year. DO NOT spend full price. I did and 6 days later (within the price adjustment timeline) they went on Friend &Family discount 30%. I asked for a price adjustment and because my colour sold out in my size (M) they would not adjust it for me.....even though it was within the 7 days. And by the way, I live in Canada so during the time I was waiting for the shipment to reach me, the sweater went on sale. Shop Quince instead. Everlane customer care is not caring AT ALL"
