The Way-High® Hourglass Jean features a two-piece contour waistband (it contains no stretch so we recommend sizing up for more ease) that accentuates your true waist and a sculpting straight leg, which fits around every curve of your body for a bouncy and lifted look. Plus, it's made of premium organic cotton with a touch of stretch. Your lower half will thank you.

That same intention carries through to production: state-of-the-art factories that recycle up to 98% of their water, using ozone washing, air drying, and renewable energy to reduce water and energy use by design.

We work with mills and wash houses that have verifiably reduced chemical use, moving away from harmful treatments common in conventional denim. Our partners are independently tested against leading safer chemistry standards like bluesign, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and ZDHC — not self-reported claims. Fewer chemicals in your jeans, safer conditions for the people who make them, and lower environmental impact.

We don't guess at environmental impact — we verify it. Using Jeanologia's EIM, the industry benchmark standard for environmental denim wash impact, 96% of our washes score low to medium — meaning significantly less water, energy, and chemicals than conventional denim.

Great quality but…

"To be fair, the jeans are thick and of good quality. But it was a size too big for me so I can’t tell how good it really is. It also bags out throughout the day, so I’m not sure if the pair of jeans is as described. Fit wise, I think it might have worked if I had bought a size smaller. It could have been a tad shorter on my short 5”2 legs. I do think it fits true to size since my natural waist is 29” and with the size 30” that I’d bought, there was a slight waist gap with ample room in the thighs/legs area (fullest hips at 38”). For now, it fits more like a loose pair of jeans on me. Comfortable but not quite the look I was going for. (For ref, I got the vintage indigo. )"

"I got these for the nice top + jeans look and I love them! So flattering - they make my legs look longer - and smart looking. Comfortable too. I have both size 30 and 31 — when I size up it’s super comfortable as there’s room for air flow. When I want to look snatched, I wear my true size. The 27. 5 inch inseam is perfect for me — no tailoring needed."

Sizing is much smaller than the Way-High Hourglass Skinny jean

"Considering it's from the same line as the Way-High Hourglass Skinny jean, I was expecting the fit in the waist and hips to be the same (if not more comfortable, since the pant is theoretically more loose). That is not the case. The skinny version fit like a glove, where the same size in the straight cut barely came up over my hips and definitely didn't zip up. Unfortunately, I bought these on a final sale, so that assumption just wasted my money. If I was able to do a return, I'd be ordering 2 sizes up next time."

"Love these. Sturdy denim that will last. More stylish cut than the cheeky. So comfortable, don't ride up like other curvy lines. Go with everything. Slightly more snug than I was expected but not uncomfortable so. I'm currently at the larger side of my average range so I'm sure it'll be fine. Please keep making the hourglass like and add more wide/barrel shapes!! They are a fit and quality that is SO hard to find."
